With the current leg of her Funhouse tour about to roar into London and Manchester over the next week or so, P!nk has already announced a second leg of stadium shows to take place next summer. Dubbed the ‘Funhouse Summer Carnival Tour’, the six-date jaunt will take her to other parts of the country with shows in Bolton, Swansea, Coventry, Glasgow, Ipswich and at the Alton Towers resort in Staffordshire. Fans who can’t make it to see the pop superstar in London this time around will get another chance as Pink is all set to be the first woman to headline the Wireless Festival, held annually in Hyde Park since 2005. Previous headliners include Morrissey, Jay-Z, The White Stripes, Massive Attack, Daft Punk and The Who, among others. The exact timing of the 2010 event has yet to be disclosed, but it’s widely expected to take place on the first weekend of July (3-4).
